What is the minimum order amount?

There is no minimum order amount.

What guarantees that your product is genuine and high quality?

Trust Pharmacy offers only registered and certified products supplied directly from manufacturers. They comply with all conditions of storage and transportation. Besides, we have our own control system.

Do you sell prescription drugs?

Yes, we sell both prescription and over the counter medications.

Can I change my order after I submitted it?

Adjustment of goods, quantities, choice of pharmacy, etc. after submitting the order is impossible.

Is it possible to order home delivery?

Yes, we deliver orders to your house door.

Can I pay for goods with a bank card?

How do you deliver orders?

We ship medications using Airmail or EMS Courier Delivery.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery time may depend on your destination and the shipping option you choose. The standard waiting period for Airmail delivery is 2-3 weeks. Orders sent via EMS Courier Delivery arrive within 3-8 business days

How can I find out that my order is accepted?

After you have placed an order, you will receive an automatical order confirmation via email. This means that the order has been accepted for processing.

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes, we do. Trust Pharmacy often holds promotions, offers discounts, launches coupon codes and special offers. Monitor our news for updates.

Can I exchange or return goods?

You need to check the conformity of the delivered goods to the ordered one, the integrity of the packaging and the appearance of the goods in the presence of the courier. In accordance with the law, medications of good quality cannot be returned or exchanged. However, if your parcel has not arrived on time or some of the drugs were damaged/missing upon delivery, you can contact our customer support team and we will either offer you a full refund or reship your order.
